Cabbage meat
Ingredients:
Goat or beef ……………… Half a kilo
Flower cabbage (chopped) … A number
Pissed red chili ………. A tablespoon of food
Turmeric ………………….. A teaspoon
Salt ……………………… Custom taste
Ginger Garlic Paste ……… A tablespoon of food
Finely chopped onion …………….. Two numbers
Finely chopped ginger …………… Two tablespoons
Finely chopped green …………………… A knot
Long finely chopped green chili… Four digits
Oil ………. ………. A cup
Tip:
In a pan, add half a pound of goat or beef, two cups hot water, two finely chopped onions, one teaspoon garlic ginger garlic paste, one tablespoon of cayenne pepper, one tablespoon turmeric and salt to taste. When the meat is melted, put a numeric chopped flower cabbage in it and fry it lightly.
