Hummingbird Cup Cake
Ingredients:
Flour ……… 3 cups
Baking soda ……… 1 teaspoon
Salt …….. 1 teaspoon
Sugar ……….. 2 cups
Grilled sugar ……… 1 teaspoon
Eggs cracked …….. 3 digits
Oil ……… 1 cup
Vanilla Essence …….. 1-1 / 2 cups
Pieces of Pine Apple ……… 1 can (8 oz)
Chopped walnuts ……… 1 cup
Sliced banana ………. 2 cups
For cream cheese frosting.
Cream cheese ……… 8 oz
Vanilla Essence …… 1 teaspoon
In-slide butter ……….. 4 oz
Icing Sugar (filtered) ……… 2 cups
Chopped walnuts ……….. 1/2 cup
Tip:
3 cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda in a bowl. Mix 1 teaspoon salt, 2 cups sugar and 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar well. Then add 3 tsp eggs and 1 cup of oil in it and add dry ingredients. Mixtures do not fade.
Now add 1-1 / 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence, 1 can of pineapple slices, 1 cup sliced walnuts and 2 cup sliced bananas.
