Afghan Rice
Ingredients:
Sila rice – … 500 grams
Beef (bone) – 1 / 2kg

Oil – 2-3 tablespoons of oil

Tip:
Clean 500 grams of rice and soak it in water for 2 to 3 hours.
Heat oil in a pan and add 2 sticks of sugar and 3-4 tbsp of cloves and stir. Now add the onion, 2-3 tbsp garlic, and 1/2 kb meat and fry it well. Then add 1 cup yogurt, 1 teaspoon chopped black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon chopped cardamom, salt to taste.
When the mixture is dry and leaves the oil, add one and a half jugs of water to cook. When the meat is melted and cooked, add the rice.
When the rice is ready, apply it on the tail. Now add 1 tbsp of carrot, 1/2 cup raisins, 1 teaspoon sugar and water in a pan and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Then place this mixture on the rice and serve it. Afghan Rice is ready.
