Chicken Steam Roast
Ingredients:
Chicken (whole): 1 to 1
Garlic paste: A tablespoon of food
Ginger paste: a tablespoon of food
Sweet Powders: Two tablespoons
Under powder: a tablespoon
Coriander powder: a teaspoon
Red chili powder: A tablespoon of food
Turmeric powder: one-third teaspoon
Salt: a teaspoon
Yogurt: One cup
Pepper Powder: One-third teaspoon
Lemonade: Four tablespoons
Coking Oil: Five tablespoons
Tip:

Cut the chicken with a knife. Mix the remaining ingredients thoroughly in the pot, then apply this paste on the outside of the poultry and keep the chicken in the refrigerator for two to three hours.
