Ingredients:
Chicken Drum Sticks ……. 1kg
Milk ……… 1/2 cup
Lemon carcass ……. 1 of limes

Pepper …….. 1/4 teaspoon
Salt …….. 1 pinch
Panko Crumb ……… Z3 / 4 cups

For the sauce:
Mayonnaise …….. 2 tablespoons
Yogurt ……… 2 tablespoons
Honey ……… 1-1 / 2 teaspoons

Tip:

Make butter by adding 1 lemon curry to 1/2 cup milk. Then mix the buttermilk, 2 tablespoons pumpkin onion, 1 tablespoon chopped garlic and 1kg drum sticks in a container and refrigerate for 1 hour.
