Spinach meat
Ingredients:
Mutton…. Half a kilo
Water…. 3 cups
Spinach…. Half a kilo
Matthew…. 1 pound
Edible oil…. Half cup
Onions…. 1 cup
tomato…. 1 cup
Green peppers…. 5-6
Cayenne powder…. 2 teaspoons
Ginger Garlic Paste…. 1 tablespoon
Coriander powder…. 1 teaspoon
Farewell to the bit…. 1 teaspoon
Turmeric…. Half teaspoon
Salt…. Custom taste
Cream…. 2-3 tablespoons
Tip:

Put the meat and water in a pot and boil the meat completely.
Put spinach, fenugreek and green chilies in a pot and cook well for 08-10. Now add the oil, ginger garlic paste and onion in a pippin and cook for 2 minutes then add the tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes. Now add cayenne pepper, coriander powder, roasted spices, salt, turmeric, and each chili and cook the spices till the oil comes out. Now add the melted mutton and the remaining yogurt and mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes on medium heat. Mix in the spinach and mix well and cook for 5-6 minutes on medium heat.
